The service there was excellent. Michael one of the managers there went above and behond to help family that may have not even been a the hotel who needed some help. If the do that for people who are not guest imagine what they will do for those that do stay! The provid kind service to people who need it. I thank him and his staff for our wonderful weekend stay there. We will be there again.

This was the best resort my Wife and I have visited. We will definitely be returning to this location. The staff were amazing, they always had the answer to any questions. Very polite people around the whole resort. Lots of good mornings and hey how are you doing by not just the employees but the visitors also. I highly recommend this location !!!

I absolutely loved this place. The layout of the building is great. Although we weren't able to get a room facing the beach, we still had a little patio to sit at facing the area where the hot tub and pool were. The beach access was close and having two pools, one if which that had a bar and food and was right on the beach, which is genius. The people at this establishment really contributed to our experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and a good size for myself and my daughter. Breakfast here was also amazing. Overall, we had a really great experience and plan to return.

We were disappointed that our first floor balcony room was right over the garage roof. It also flooded with two inches of water following a rain storm, with no place for it to drain. The room itself was well appointed and very clean.Food in the two restaurants is unremarkable, so its probably best to eat elsewhere.

This is really awful experience I have ever met. Booking in Hotels.com is my fault? This hotel gave me penalty because I booked on Hotels.com. I booked courtyard veiw + balcony + two Queen bed and breakfast including, but they gave me parking lot view + no balcony + one king bed. And charged to me for breakfast fee also. When I claimed to desk, they said because of booking in Hotels.com they cannot guarantee anything I booked. and keep saying this is only one room they have. and their manager will call me to explain to me, but they didn’t call me at all. Eventhoug I gave my phone number to get that call. Extremely awful experience. This hotel thinks it’s good react because I didn’t make claims at that time. but the reason is just I don’t want to ruin my vacation anymore. At least Hotels.com have to complain to this hotel for blaming you rather than excuse to me. This hotel is really garbage. I will not use Sheraton ever.

Breakfast was buffet style, but it wasn’t included—which it definitely should have been, especially since there were no options for people who don’t eat pork or meat. If I’m paying $19 for breakfast, I should at least be able to choose what I want to eat. I don’t eat pork, but the only options were pork sausages and egg biscuits with ham. I would like an egg biscuit with cheese why were there only prepared ones with ham . But I’m charged $19 for food I don’t eat. And to top it off, the parking situation was far from great
