We loved the property with the indoor and outdoor pool with easy access that leads directly to the beach. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The hotel restaurant had great food. We would happily stay here again.

We really enjoy to use the Hot Tub when we vacation, however the Hot Tub wasnt working. Luke warm at best. Several others very unhappy as well. Also we usually rent chairs and umbrella on beach in front of hotel but none were set out. Hotel next door had theirs out but we were told they weren't available. Hate to pick but you asked. Last thing that was annoying was our room was very damp, made our bed and clothes feel wet.

Our room had no good view. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it was. Had to pay to park when they had a big parking lot!! Construction out on road coming and going sucked. Pool area was great, room was good(except for view).

From the initial impression checking in with Pebbles through to the final experience of checking out with Daniel, we could not have asked for more. The staff was friendly and professional and always making sure everything was up to our standards. I called to confirm our reservations a week before hand to ensure everything would go as planned. Pebbles answered that call, confirmed our stay and picked out the perfect room with a balcony overlooking the pool's waterfall and the best gulf view. The bartenders were friendly and quick to respond both at the tiki bar and inside. Our room was clean and we were left undisturbed by housekeeping during our stay per our request. Our privacy was respected. There are plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We were able to use the adjoining hotels amenities as well. I observed how hard the staff worked in the early hours of the morning assuring the pool was clean and up to standards as well as setting up the chairs and umbrellas poolside as well as on the beach. Our experience was amazing and I would recommend staying here to any of my family and friends. Honestly, if there is something not up to your personal standards, ask one of the staff members before complaining as they are willing to accommodate any and everyone to assure everyone's stay is as pleasant as ours was.

Rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Loved they all had small fridge and microwave, nice to have in room. Was disappointed by the pool lawn chairs as the ones at Holiday Inn were much more comfortable and not worn down.

Given a handicap room with handicap shower that was not safe. No anti-slip stickers on the shower floor so my son was hurt after taking his first step into the shower. Staff was told and nothing was done. NOTHING.

Extremely friend staff, Daniel was so kind and allowed me to check in earlier. I was with my dog so I really appreciated that. The hotel is very clean, the bar had great drinks. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and beach are amazing. The pool was a little cold to my preference but other then that no complains, we will be back for sure.

The area was great, places to eat that are close by. Traffic can build up but plenty of food options within walking distance. Pool area and beach are great. Comfortable room great AC. The TV only had cable and constantly kept getting disconnected due to weak signal. No cell service in the room either. No smart TV just cable that was hard to watch due to weak signal.
