I have stayed at this hotel many times and over the past few years and "things" have gone down hill over the past 12 months. Maybe the competition is causing this, but BW should self diagnose the condition and service they are providing at this location.

The room was spacious. We got the larger two queen room which fit our family well for one night. We didn’t have a chance to try the outdoor pool but from the looks it seemed clean and very accessible. Only downside for us was having the elevator not working and we were on the second floor. It was not ideal for my 80 year old father but we made it work. Ruby Tuesday’s was a short walk away.

Niceville rest

Booking was great. The room was perfect for 6 people even when we were 4 and a kid. The smell on the lobby was fabulous, they had water and coffee available. Only thing is that the elevator wasn't working and that the laundry and the gym it was in another building. Even thou they were clean and very functional. The coat for the washer and dryer is 4 dollars and you can purchase the detergent at the lobby store. Also the pool was in the parking lot and I found that king of scary due to having traffic from the restaurant near by Rudy Tuesday. (Walking distance from lobby entrance)

We tend to stay at this hotel because it is close to family that lives in the area. The check-in experience was not as smooth as usual this time. I arrived half an hour early and was told my room wouldn't be ready for at least another hour. Ended up being 2 hours after normal check-in time. Did not eat breakfast this stay. Close to a nice view of the Bay and within walking distance of some restaurants.

Breakfast area is small and hard to maneuver when there are more than 10 people there. Hotel itself was what I expected . I hated the fact that the on site laundry facility required a credit card to use them. I ended up going off site because of it.

The hotel was amazing. I gave a 4 star because my sink was stopped up. It’s in an awesome location but about 30 ish minutes from the beaches. Next to a store and Ruby Tuesday. They offer a 10% discount if we show our card at ruby Tuesday. Would stay again
