Room was very clean and comfortable. Check in process was quick and easy as was check out. Could use 2 more bath towels and 2 more wash cloths. But otherwise no complaints about the room. Looks like the outside is being remodeled but would stay again without a second thought.

There was some trash outside my room that wasn't picked up while I was there. Place seems a bit run-down but still a decent value for the money. As noted by others, the breakfast was excellent, with many high-quality options.

The rooms themselves are very clean, its evident they are remodeling but the outsides of the rooms are in disrepair. Only minor complaint I have is i requested an upper floor room prior to checkin and was told that would be accommodated but they have me a lower floor room. Not worth taking a star off for but just mentioning it. Otherwise no complaints.

“Hell to the no…the no, no, no!
So much to unpack here… 1. Just FYI…the units are in separate buildings with no clear markings. The guy behind the desk showed us on the map which building our room was. He was incorrect. It took us ten minutes, in the middle of the night, to find the right building. The guy was new, but still. 2. Outside of the neighboring unit was guy passed out drunk on the ground. 3. The rooms are is desperate need of refurbishing. Chair in room was badly ripped and tattered. Walls were stained. When we unplugged our phone chargers, the whole outlet dislodged from the wall. The shower curtain was disgusting. 4. There appears the be “long term residents” living in vehicles that are using power from units to generate their “homes” 5. There were multiple “woman of the night” walking throughout the parking lot and units. 6. It was cheap.

The property was awful. First, it’s not actually on the Air Force Base, it’s in a super sketchy area of town. There was a man screaming at a ”working lady” to come back into the room for a good 10 minutes, we were worried we’d have to call the cops. We left less than 30 minutes from when we arrived it was so bad.

Great for the price. If you want a ritzy experience, fork over the swollen premium and check into a rival hotel. If you want an affordable, clean, and decent stay at a place meant for short stints in the room with just enough modern updates and amenities, this is the place for you. Bed slept well, shower was nice apart from the slightly shoddy craftsmanship, and there were no bugs or grime. Works for me.

The property appears well-maintained in photos, but upon arrival, it is evident that upkeep is not a priority. The restroom was dirty, with visible water damage that had been painted over. There was an overpowering deodorant smell, likely to mask water damage or mold concerns. When the neighbors upstairs walked around, particulates fell from the ceiling. Additionally, there were dried blood stains on the comforter. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again or at any other Quality Inn.
