Breakfast wasn’t ready or placed out or fully out after 6:47am. Breakfast time was from 6am - 9am. 1 out of 4 juices was only working. Nasty utensils & serving heaters. In the bathroom the shower curtain was old & rusty. Shower mat was nasty

The inspection certificate in the elevator was expired. The floor in the room was slippery everywhere. The toilet was inconsistent when flushed.

Our first room had only cold water and a really dirty bathroom floor. In our second room they only had two full beds left, and no king, and both beds had dirty linens. They had no bottom sheet seperating you from the duvet. Housekeepers got lazy. The room also had a broken tv, dirty floors, greasy counters, and pretty much everything was filthy and very dusty. We were exhausted from a long drive and just gave up and stayed. We will never stay here again. We are planning to request a full refund.

The online booking for this property does not match the property in person. The room was unclean full of dusk and dirt the tv did not work. The bathroom was full of the last guest hair and shower was also full of hair.

Well the receptionist was very nice even though I mentioned I looked forward to laying by the pool and it was empty! The room; clean, bed was fine, TV didn’t work, no toilet paper holder, no wash cloth, access door broken, had to walk around. Manager came by and said hello at breakfast; juice machine broken, no eggs (it was 8:45am) stale bagels ( been frozen too long) and hard dry biscuits. Waffles were good, thank goodness. People were nice but details matter.

Would burnt recommend unless you want bugs!

The first night we checked in, we attempted to shower. The shower rod was broke & when You would try to close the shower curtain. It would just fall back down open and water will go on the floor. They did move us to a different room, I had my one year-old in the floor, letting her play and crawl around, and her legs was black from the floor in our room that they had moved us to, so I took her to the shower and was washing her legs off and the shower would not drain. I was an over ankle deep water, trying to wash her legs maintenance did come in and plunge it which fixed it then when we got back from the beach, we tried to bump the air conditioner down from 68 where it wasn’t so humid and muggy in the room and we put it on 60 and it would not cool off past 68° then we noticed little baby cockroaches in the room, & bigger ones in the hall. I do not recommend this place. Attached are photos of the ones we killed & a vid
