Not too bad. Great service at check in. Room was a little bit outdated. Blinds on the door to the balcony were torn up and chair on balcony had a cigarette burn hole in it. But everything looked and smelt clean. They have a small microwave she frudgecscdd as ilss as now. Bring drinks they charge $3 a can in the lobby. Can’t wait to see what’s for breakfast. Close to the Traack and big Kahuna. Target, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut are about a half a mile away. Their partial ocean view was lacking. But hey you could see a little bit of water from the 4th floor. But regardless it was a great value for what was paid!!!! We will be back!!!

Number one thing I always lol for are bed bugs and this place passed the test. Very clean. Indoor people was great for October weather. Breakfast was a little basic but over a good stay. Very close to the beach.

Its a cute hotel, but they only had one tiny elevator and it was SOOOO SLOOOOW!! And their tiny parking lot made it challenging to manouver our full size truck around in.

Loved the price but the service was ok. The public bathroom horrible. Out of paper towels and not clean. Loved it had an indoor and outdoor pool. Plus a jacuzzi. Breakfast was alight considering. Just wished there wasn’t so many bread (bagels,biscuits , pancakes and muffins) options considering I I can’t eat it. Wish there was more egg options.

Perfect Destin Hotel
This hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, nice indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, great breakfast and close to everything we wanted to do! Also it's right next door to the Track amusement park/ go carts/ arcade!

The property is centrally located and walkable to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The bedding was comfortable and staff is nice and friendly. The building is old so the rooms are a little on the small side. We stayed in room 116, 4 adults and the room was cramped. The room might work for 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. Also, room 116 is located by the back entrance so you cannot have the curtains opened without people seeing into your room. Additionally, this room loud due to people coming and going, The breakfast is okay, it will do, but it’s basic. The outside of the property is cute and clean. The parking lot is tight but there is plenty of parking. They have 2 pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. The pools are nice and clean but they do not have a lot of pool furniture. All in all the property was a decent value for the price, location and walkability. I would likely not stay here again just simply based on the size of the rooms but that is simply my personal preference. In my opinion the property is a 3 star property.
