This is my third day at the Island resort the pool. The grotto pool was closed which I wish I would've known. It was one of the main reasons why we chose this resort on the pool was literally empty. The beach bar closed early every night that we were there and granted the weather wasn't that great but the first night that we were there it was really early. It was not even 7 o'clock. I don't think and there were people coming up to the bar. There were people waiting for drinks and she informed everybody it was last call on I did hearing a note later that the bar closes at eight, but the last two times I was there that wasn't the case so it kinda left us with not a whole lot to do at the resort and itself Was very disappointing and I think that they should have told us when we booked our reservations at the pool is going to be closed. I would've chose somewhere else to stay.

The staff were great. Maids were great. Waitresses and bartenders were great. Walls and doors are not thick enough. Can hear people in adjacent rooms and in hallways. Arrived at resort to see main pool empty for maintenance. That is one reason we picked this resort. Disappointing that this was not brought up before we arrived. No one offered an explanation.

Loved the location to the beach. Didn’t appreciate that we didn’t know about the construction of the Cabana area pool. This should have been listed on the website when we booked. We chose our room to be pool side to this area and it was not usable. Very disappointed. The room walls seemed paper thin, you could hear the neighbors having a normal conversation. Also not a very family friendly menu in the restaurant areas.

“My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was small and not clean enough. When I accidentally booked the wrong room and requested a change, I sent them an email, but I never received a response. Additionally, I encountered limitations with the free breakfast, which included only one expensive dish or two cheaper ones, even though the breakfast was meant for two people. I was also disappointed to find that the large pool and many other facilities were closed, which was not mentioned beforehand. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel.”
