Although the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, the Property was not as clean as most people would like. We booked our stay through a third party so we were given a room facing the parking lot along the shared fence with the boardwalk. A very active parking lot where we heard fighting, yelling , cars reeving their engines and car alarms going off all night long. Having two young children with us we did not feel safe in that location.
Before sunrise we went to the lobby asking for a room change due to the situation and were instantly given a new room on the opposite side of the resort. The location was much more quiet and felt safer. The room was exactly the same being a beach resort not always the cleanest but ok. What truly finalized my bad experience what the $8 bottles of water in the room and finding one was already opened and refilled with what I assumed was tap water. Very unsafe and unsanitary. Any child who would not know about the sealed cap could have drank it not knowing it was opened already. The property should remove that offering if they are unable to properly provide the guest with that reassurance.
