This "resort" looks like it was a great place to stay at one time. We booked online and was surprised when we got there. Not sure if they are wanting to make this like condo's where you are on your own. It needs to be explained better if so. We arrived on a Friday evening and left Monday morning, check in time isn't until 3 pm but then if you arrive after 4 you have to wait or get a code for the lock box. We used the same towels all weekend and we had to take our own garbage to the dumpster (we didn't have to but.....). The doors to the front says the office are closed at this time and has been that way for a while now. The only time I seen any staff was the day we checked in. It took us til Sunday to find the pool and hot tub. We don't snoop so I didn't think about going around the corner between the building to get to the pool area. That being said, the room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was very quiet around there. Very convenient to go shopping or just a cup of coffee. I'm not going to say I won't stay again. Just going to say that it won't be my first choice.

The view was beautiful has a boat slip if you bring one. Boat ride very close to crab island and other places. Staff were very attentive and took care of any issues we had. They are working on updating the property. Great price for a good location to everything you need.

Affordable room I didn’t know when I booked the room there was not a refrigerator or microwave but it was not a big issue since we didn’t spend that much time in the room. Friendly staff and room was clean.

This property is located on the bay with beautiful views. I would have given 5 stars, but check in was quite an ordeal. The manager could not be found, and had left an employee there to run things who had just started that day. Her and the housekeeper were having to check people in, It seems the new management that took over has some work to do. It took 45 minutes and people were all standing around waiting for someone to walk and check their room to make sure it had been cleaned. The ladies were very kind and apologetic. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Love this property! Will return.

Started out rocky with check in with issues beyond their control. Manager/owner was quick to help resolve the issue. Outside of that the stay and staff are amazing. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. So much to do at the resort. Already planning the next trip back this year.

Horrible!!!

Absolutely horrible. Couldn’t check in until almost 5 pm. No comfrorters on beds, just a sheet. Place doesn’t even seem like it is ready to accommodate guests. We used to love this place. They said they are renovating!!! They said they had to charge $100 deposit which would be refunded. After 2 weeks it still wasn’t refunded. Called the office and they said it slipped through the cracks. Assured me it would go back on my card. That was 2 months ago and it never was credited back to my card. I got tired of begging for it and just won’t be back. Worst hotel stay i’ve had in a longggggg time. They shouldn’t be opened for business

Great location, price and friendly and helpful staff. Boat ramp was close by to get to crab island and cute area and restaurants to walk to. Only cons were the room could use a little more care, but we expected as much for the price. The coffee maker had mold in it. No remote in the room for the tv. The smoke detector was pulled off the wall and beeping when we arrived. If you just want a place to sleep after a long day on the water, in a good location, and not spend a fortune, then this is the place for you. The beds were clean and comfortable.

When we first arrived we were asked if we would take a double water view room instead of room w/kitchenette bc airbnb advertises wrong rooms. Since we were only staying for one night I said sure. While walking down the hall there were 2 dogs just roaming around and approached us. When we got to room it smelled of cleaning detergent and beer. The toilet had urine in it, there was no shower curtain and the coffee maker was near toilet. The AC unit looked dirty. Outside on balcony there was trash including an empty Coors Light can. As we were traveling with an 8 month old, we decided not to stay there. There was no manager on duty as we left and there wasnt one 5 hours later when expedia tried to contact one.

Truly disappointed in the staff with exception to Aspen. We felt unwelcome whenever we took our dog out to pee, there was a tenant who owned a cat and told us we could not stay the night. Additionally, their water pipes are old as we got brown residue all throughout our stay. None of the outlets work so we missed our alarms cause our phones were dead. This gave us a really old vibe which could appeal to some but truly should’ve seen it before we arrived. I currently have 200 dollars unaccounted for after our stay because Marina bay took them out of my account and has yet to credit us back? Unfortunately from all the stays we’ve had with Expedia this has to be the worst one.
