Room was big and comfortable

The room was big and comfortable. Easy parking plenty of space, breakfast was hot and tasty. The people were knowledgeable about the area and friendly. Washer and dryer too.

I did my research on this property before staying and I had my doubts based on some reviews. I don't know why some of the reviews were not as good as they should have been. This was definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed at and the staff was great as well as the amenities. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Destin.

Charming updated original Florida hotel with a spacious sparkling pool. All attractions are across the street, no need to move the car if so desired. Owner clearly takes pride in the appearance of the property. Although slightly dated, the cleanliness and service is outstanding.

The man at the front was kind, the pool areas was very well kept and organized, pool was nice and clean, room was a bit beat up and out dated, unpleasant smell in bathroom like mildew or something. But overall it fit for the need.

Good for an inexpensive getaway

Good for a cheap getaway. Across the street from AJs, walkabale to Harbor Village (Harry Ts etc). Continental breakfast is terrible - stale bagels and English muffins - didn’t even have those awful eggs. They need more ovo-vegetarian breakfast options other than bread. Loud guests and other guests leave their clothes on the railing to dry.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Right across the street from harbor boardwalk. Nothing else good to say. Mattress was broke, no shower curtain and they never refreshed our coffee maker. I guess the rule of thumb is you get what you pay for.
