Cold, but extraordinary
the bar staff were exceptional. I had a drink years ago, couldn't think of any certain flavors. The bar listened to me and in in two minutes nailed it was an amaretto sour. And it was heavenly!!!

Desk staff was a bit cool and they misdirected me to a building with no access, telling me I could do laundry there. It was annoying but they had laundry available in another building. It would have been great if laundry was available in all build and if staff knew this info

Everything was gret except that thurs-sat they play loud pop music around the pool from 10am-10pm and the gulf view balconies face over that pool. But, otherwise, all good! My room was so clean, I felt like I was unwrapping it.

This hotel was ok i personally like “Wyndham “ I’m a rewards member. I came here for the New year . However I didn’t care for the smell that was in the room it set off a hospital scent the toilets are too low I.e small , the water had a pungent smell the shower water was cold never got hot so we did wash ups because the faucet water would get hotter than the shower the customer service was decent , pleasant personally I wouldn’t stay here again if I was to visit Florida reserved at your own discretion

Overall very happy with my stay. I have to start by saying staff is great! Room is clean, property is well maintained. That is definitely the first two things I consider when doing reviews. 2 things in my opinion that would give it 5’s overall in all categories. Hot tub was down and honestly that was one of the main reasons why I booked here without ann ocean view. So that was a little disappointing, of course I understand things breaking and having to fix things and what not but in my inspections and reviews I have to base it honestly on what I see and experience. I also think something as easy as a new shower faucet would really increase the overall rating for your location. Pressure is amazing. It’s not bad or not working but I think people book hotels to escape what they have at home. In my opinion this would be an easy cost effective way to increase ratings. One more thing I had to book the same room on two separate credit cards and now I have to “check back in” tomorrow so maybe you can make that a feature where I can put certain amount on each card or combine my bookings together. Just some suggestions. But again definitely overall wonderful place and I would stay here again

We have stayed here several times. Always enjoy the property and area and this time was no different. The only issue I have is with charging $10 a day for parking. There has never been a charge before. It’s just an open and uncovered parking lot. No security and if your vehicle is broken into, they aren’t responsible? Money making scheme for sure.

I've been to this property multiple times.. specifically on my bday. I've always enjoyed it, but this trip - wasn't the best. When I book anything, a hot tub is always on the list of must haves. I get it, things happen, but it wasnt until after we checked in, put on our suits, and headed down, that we saw it was closed. No clue why. It's winter, so a hot tub is 1 of a select few options. Major bummer there. We were in one of the new renovated rooms, and it was beautiful to look at, but not comfortable. The decor was upgraded, but the bed was absolutely not. If you're sleeping with 2, prepare to be in a hammock style situation. Needless to say, didn't sleep worth a... well, use your imagination. Overall, beach was beautiful, weather was beautiful, but that's nature. They have GOT to upgrade their beds. I'll miss this place, but probably won't be back unfortunately.

Well besides the leaking sink or toilet in the bathroom that kept putting a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the small 10 year old TV in the room and the usual inadequate lighting that comes with virtually all hotel rooms, not bad. The restaurant in the bar is a bit of a joke. Paying restaurant prices for calimari that someone opened a frozen bag of and put in a deep fryer and having hundreds of little light balls rotating all over the small bar thanks to a disco ball is just so damn tacky. Balcony door was hard to open at times. Had the hot tub taped off like a crime scene. I don't imagine that I will be back at this hotel.

We checked in late because of our travel time when I checked in, we got charge $300 and I was told that I will receive it the next day I booked through Hotels.com and they charge me to stay there again would not recommend giving them your credit card they’re out to scam people that dot Indians
