After paying a pretty decent price for a weeks stay, I was charged a $100 deposit that was never disclosed beforehand. Also, 2 of the days we stayed the water was shut off from 11-2 without any notice other than the day of itself. (That should have been taken off everyone staying in that buildings bill in my opinion) upon departure they kept $50 of the $100 deposit for no reason. The check in staff was not very friendly either. Will probably never stay in a Wyndham resort again based off that.

The pictures for this property are a little misleading. A couple of things you need to know before staying here - you have to pay $10 a day to use the parking lot of the hotel. If you park at your hotel, you will need to set aside $10 per day. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella for $50 each per day. So two will be $100-150 dollars per day. Bring your own. Our sink would not drain because the stopper to sink was wedge between the wall and the faucet. Made brushing teeth a mess. This is a construction issue. Our sliding door initially wouldn't close and latch. Maintenance did come fix it quickly. There is no information in your room - local restaurants, phone book, how to log into wifi, etc. Be sure to ask for everything at the desk while checking in. The pools are not clean. Maybe that's just a beach thing. They have a lot floating in them and of course due to temps they are very warm. All in all we enjoyed our stay but it definitely wasn't worth the price.

We have stayed at a few hotels in the area by far. This one is now at the top of our list of being one of our favorites. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. The area was very quiet and the beach was not very busy in this area. Great place for a family stay.

Great location . Beware boardwalk has steps up and down to get to beach but still perfect beach. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Both pools were amazing. The little hotel pool bar was great ,all in all a great stay!

This was my first time here but I come to this beach all the time. Customer service was very friendly when I checked in. And my room was on the beach with a balcony. It was small to me but everything was clean and the staff were nice. We ran out of tiolet paper and they came immediately to replenish it. And when we needed extra towels they were at our room within 10- 15 minutes of our request. The pool towels were gone after 6:00 pm each night so you have to get them early. And parking can be difficult if you have a big car. Overall this is a good place to stay on the beach.

The stay was excellent! Alexander at the front desk was amazing. We wanted higher floor for ocean view and he made the switch very pleasing and easy. We stayed 3 nights all together.

Rooms were clean, but we didn’t have much water. Taking a shower the water would cut off and on. Contacted front desk and they sent maintenance, but they said it couldn’t be fixed. Called the next night and maintenance never showed up.

Poor customer service staff

We paid good money for this room we stayed here before and it was good. The most part our stay was good, when my husband went to take a shower that evening he had no water pressure, it even stopped on him and he was all soapy, it did come back on but still no preesure. He expressed our issue with the hotel and they said they would send soneone up, they did 2 x with no explanation or apologies, nothing. Turns out the 6th and 7th floor had issues with water, we stated a week with water like that. They have no customer service, everyone avoided us like the plague due to all the complaints byt they offered nothing, no apology, no nothing they even got frustrated when we asked for a receipt.

The property is great with 2 good sized pools and the boardwalk to the beach is nice. Loved, the little restaurant where you can get drinks and some foods. Our room had a great balcony with a great view of the ocean room 618. But the room itself was ok. Bathroom could use an update and the floors were not properly cleaned other than that we had a great stay.
