Upon arrival everything seemed great.We unpacked, hung our clothes, and stocked the fridge.After leaving for a few hours and returning there was an Awful odor in the room like sewer gas. Brought our complaint to the front desk. They didn't have a replacement room with the king bed so they moved us to a room with 2 queens. Packed everything again which was a huge inconvenience and moved to the next room. This room was not cleaned, unmade beds, half eaten meals on the tables and pretty much trashed. At this point it was getting late and my patience was running thin. Again to the front office where they moved us once again. This room was acceptable even though it was not the king room we initially booked. I am very disappointed and annoyed with all the packing, unpacking moving here and there. Will never stay at a best western again, and wouldve appreciated some kind of compensation for the hassle and inconvenience.

Clean. Good breakfast. Front desk staff attentive. Housekeeping staff not so much. Used Hotels.com to book 2 rooms for 2 nights. They only had us down for 1 room. I needed one of the rooms to be a handicapped room for my 90yo mom and my handicapped sister. The handicapped room they gave us was on the 2nd floor down 2 long hallways. I said that wouldn’t work. They changed it to a handicapped room on the 1st floor, down the same long hallways, but accessible via the side door. Mom wanted new towels the next day, and no housekeeping came. I had to ask twice for a missing hairdryer. On a good note the desk staff worked to get the second room added. And the late night attendant worked to get me a hairdryer.
