Outdoor pool is awesome

Check-in was amazing. Pool area needed to be cleaned, but the pool outdoor area is awesome! The fact that I can bring my dog is awesome.

The room was not clean beds were uncomfortable. You should remove the luxury from your name. Found empty Gatorade bottles under the bed. The woman’s room In the lobby had a clogged toilet with poop in it for the two days we were there. Took 30 minutes to check In with one person at the desk.

Nothing terrible, nothing great it was just okay. A little dirty but nothing real bad. The one thing I don't like is running my card for $20 "just in case" and I still have not seen it reversed.

Difficult to get to the entrance bc it’s set far back but that works well for safety reasons. Nothing wrong w the hotel - a little dated, worn, but safe & quiet. Only issue we had was the toilet in our 1st room broke- the flusher snapped. Went downstairs & the front desk put us in a new room.

First impression, the walk-in seems very neat and tidy, the Front-Desk people look very raggedy and careless, walking to our room in a very uninvited hallway, our room is already unlocked, and the door was slightly cracked open walking into the room was like walking into a wet Barn. Will give it a try. We went outside to the pool, came back and at 11 PM. we just left the hotel and when to a better place.
