Do not trust

Suite we booked wasnt available due to a water leak, offered the room to us anyways and said the floor would just be wet. We declined, asked if they had another, they said yes but to give them 20 minutes to make sure it was clean. Wasnt clean, dirty clothes, hair in the bathroom even on the toilet, moldy shower curtains, jetted tub we paid extra for was black and filthy in the bottom, blankets were not changed between guests, strong smell of bleach coming from the shower. Fridge was full of brown liquid in the bottom, t.v.s barely worked in both the living room and bedroom, and i never got my 50$ refund for the "just in case" policy. Pool had an oily film on top.

The facelift went well. The staff is so very friendly and professional. The pool needs to be a little more regulations. No adults could come near it because it was occupied by screaming kids for more than 6 hours. Housekeeping needs to be more detail oriented. ie: bathroom walls, mirror, & broken potato chips under the desk.

Travel nurse review

Front desk person was friendly, but did not offer up information unless asked then, for example she new nothing about how the off site room service worked. Vip perks at the hotel for members. I leave at 6:30 in morning for work so was unable to do even a grab and go breakfast item because doors weren't open yet. I've stayed at BW south in fort wayne and staff were way more helpful and also at the one in louiseville,KY airport.

Great Staff

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great. The pool was closed as soon as I bought trunks:( They didn’t really do anything not even a bed linen change during my extended stay. I got fresh towels one time. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

Ridiculous hidden fees I’d assume

Well, for starters, the staff was awesome. I was welcome by Kenzie working the second shift or mid shift. She dealt with a lot of hassles from customers as well. Had me to deal with lol. There was some confusion after booking with Hotels.com the hotel could not take my card or would not Read my card so the two nights I had reserved for 180 and some change was then turned to one night King suite for 108. The receipt from Best Western I stayed at said $80 and some other change was the cost of the room if I would’ve went just through them I would like my 28 dollars refunded to my card, please and thank you! Why would I use your third-party service to only end up costing me more for the room?
