Not well kept rooms, but have kitchen

No housekeeping for 30 days. Fresh smelling but dirty looking white (grey) towels. Runny tab. Clogged sink. Stained bed sheets and couches and chairs. $50 more pricy than the other ESAmer hotel near city center.

Our room was dirty. Mold in the shower. Tub and walls dirty. Floor boards peeling away from the walls. Smoke detector hanging by a wire from the ceiling. Once we called and asked where the dishes were and we received them, we had no coffee filters, soap, scrubber, etc. Had to purchase it all. The dishes barely made it possible to prepare a meal. The elevator wreaked of maijuana every night around 10pm. When I called down for TP and trash bags I was greeted with, “sure, come on down and get it.” The kitchen was dirty. The coffee pot had layers of residue - clearly had not been washed before wrapping it in plastic. The staff hung out in the comfy chairs in the lobby instead of behind the desk. Overall it was a less than ideal situation but we were stuck with it and made the most of it. I would NOT recommend this hotel and would like to get a refund, even though that won’t happen. Gah!

My room was adequate. I loved the flooring- no carpet. However the floor could have been cleaner. There was really nothing around to judge- all hotels and apartments. The was plenty of shopping and restaurants on the west side of I69. It was good for the price. Please do not expect breakfast. They offered a little muffin and coffee.

AVOID THIS HOTEL DO NOT BOOK HERE DIRTY & run poor

Well....the first room i was given, when i opened the door there was someone sleeping in it and there were personal items on the counter. I was then placed into an "out of order" room that was just being renovated. It smelled or fresh adgeasive from the new shower. Room was filthy. There was food in the cabinets. Dirty toliet and sink in bathroom. Oeraon at counter assured me it would be deep cleaned the next morning. Well....it wasnt. Contacted hotels.com after 30 minutes on hold went down to discuss with the gal working thw counter. She was EXTREMELY hlepful and refunded my stay. I went to another hotel. I dont think the staff has any idea what is going on. Also, i feel they are severely overbooked, as i was leaving there was a gentleman who was being told thwy disnt have a room for him. The price looks good, but remeber you get what you pay for. I jave photos but the app wont let me upload.

No breakfast and not enough towels.

Advertising said there was a breakfast, no breakfast.I asked and he said I can put out some granola bars. I had to have a discussion about towels, 4 people two towels. Obviously not a family friendly place.

Needs maintenance overhaul.

Room was clean. Several maintenance items need to be addressed. Signs of neglect. Shouldn’t advertise breakfast. Just coffee/muffins (which were gone) and snack bars(which were gone). Coffee urn was empty but staff brought a full one on request.

My room was dirty. The trash can had not been emptied after the last guest, and it was full of food waste. Molding was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and main room, and the beds, which were up on risers, had dust and debris under them. The "free breakfast" was coffee, packaged muffins, and Nutri-Grain bars. I would not stay here again.
