Think its time for hotels to post actual pictures instead of photos of rooms from years ago when they were actually good. Horrible smell broken furniture. I shouldn't have to take pics of the room upon entering and I definitely shouldn't have to purchase fabreeze to make my room smell decent. Also your service should void your no refund policy when things like this happen. Horrible stay and they need to post the current pics of their rooms.
