Room looks nice. Not happy they clean every other day. Did not know that. Beds were on nothing that comfortable. Pillows were awful zero support.

Lots to improve

This is probably the worst hotel that my family has stayed at. We had two rooms to fit our family size. The first room, my toddler dropped a cheeto on the floor and ants instantly came out. Neither room had hand soap and I asked for some at the front desk and they couldnt find any...so that tells me no room had handsoap. We ended up getting some at walmart. The could only find us one blanket for out 2 pullout beds. They said there were spares in the closet...there werent. Breakfast was mediocre, and pool was cold. My kids didnt mind, but too cold for me. Probably too cold for other adults too, because I never saw adults in the pool during our entire stay. Traffic was also super noisy being next to the highway, but I understand that there isnt much the hotel can do to fix that.

I wish the breakfast service that is offered would of lasted until 11 AM. It was nice having a refrigerator in our suite. It was also nice that the adults had their own separate space. The kids slept on the fol out sofa.

This hotel is completely falling apart. They say it’s under construction at the front desk but this place is in complete disarray. Our room specifically was dirty, I found food underneath the mattress when I was checking for bed bugs. There was no shower pressure and the tub was backing up while we were showering. So glad we only had to stay one night!

We reserved a room with 2 queen bed, when we arrived they stepped to give us a room with 1 king bed. When we discussed this with staff, they tried to say that the only other room available was one with no heat. Eventually they found one to put us in, unfortunately it was the room closest to the highway. During our stay the hotel was undergoing Renovations, so they're were materials everywhere. Thankfully our stay was only one night

Worst Hampton Experience ... Well Below Expected

As a Hilton Honors Member for years, I have stayed in many Hampton Inn & Suites. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any Hilton Property. This Ft Wayne location is in major need of an update and deep cleaning. Bulbs were out in many light fixtures throughout the property and maintenance was severely lacking in all areas visited. We started in 429 and found the carpet filthy, the toilet non-functional, the sink drain plugged and the ceiling light fixture full or bugs and with light bulbs not working. We moved to 206 and found conditions tolerable for one night's stay. When I shared the above when checking out, the only reply was, "Would you like a receipt?" I would not recommend that anyone stay at this location unless they verify that an major update, heavy maintenance and a deep cleaning have been completed.
