Horrible experience first room smell of cigarette smoke and when we went to staff they refused to change the room even though it was causing my son an asthma attack. The reason was because we booked through Expedia and they couldn’t change it. After 20 minutes at 11:30 at night on the phone then it was oh we can fix it which they didn’t do and I was charged twice and we had to go from 2 rooms to squeezing 6 people into 1 room!

Overall the stay was nice. Clean rooms. Only complaints were the strip by the bed didnt work to charge my phone, the toilet wouldnt flush properly unless you held it down, and the light in the entry and bathroom flickered.
