It was located right across the street from the mall so i thought it would be a good location. Beds were comfortable and rooms seemed clean. Our complaint was the marijuana smell in the hallway and a few loud guests. Thankfully the smell was not in our room so we didn’t request a new one. Breakfast area was very minimal. It was located on a small counter across from check in counter.

Room was good, they keep the AC on cool for you thats for sure!! Great location for us to get to my daughter while dropping her off at college. Definitely a good place we would stay at again on a return visit.

The staff were nice but the renovations seemed to be complete but not in a good way, very thrown together. The bathroom wasn't completed, no sink stopper, blow dryer didn't work, floors were dirty

Dated, and ex-smoking rooms are disgusting

In the middle of a refurbishment. AC was on max to try and mask a stink in the room (likely a painted over smoking room). Bathtub was damaged, water pressure was low. Would not stay again especially with kids. Thought we could grin and bear it after lugging the bags to the room - but it was a mistake to not complain.

Much better in pictures than in reality

Unfortunately, it looks better in pictures. The door didn't fit in the frame, so it took slamming it hard in order to close (clearly other rooms had the same issue, as doors started slamming up and down the hallway early in the morning). The air conditioner was so loud, we thought we were in the middle of a tornado. Only half the water came out of the shower head, so water pressure was low. The floors were dirty, so didn't want to walk in bare feet. One of the two beds was awful - lumpy and very soft. And the breakfast was awful.
