I had never heard of Tru by Hilton, so this was my first stay at one. It's a very nice place. I realize this is fairly new, and hopefully, they'll keep it up to the same standard. From the people who are there, I would figure that they will keep up the property.

The property is very quiet, very clean and close to the events that we attend in the area. Typically will have 4 or 5 stays in a year. We have yet to have a bad experience with the staff. They are always pleasant, helpful, and accomodating. This trip we had the pleasure of checking in with a relatively new employee, Maive(?). She was very helpful and fun to interact with!

Nice hotel room, but lacking amenities in the room
This hotel is very nice. We missed having a chair in the room other than the desk chair, and we also missed having a microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Staff was great. Room was clean. The only negative, which is very minor, is that the comforter was scratchy. This was my first visit at this location, but I would certainly stay there again.

Very clean
Everything was great. Only thing I would complain about is that the beds are too hard for our own comfort but it’s impossible to please everyone. I would also suggest having bananas available for breakfast.
