We enjoyed our stay, and the rooms are very nice and located in the Inn with a bar below it which is convenient for refreshing drinks after the journey. Would highly recommend staying at the Factors Inn.

Nice but could be even better.

Quiet area with easy access to town by car. Room was a good size and in quite good condition. Instructions to find the room were vague as it was in a different building to where we had to register -a short drive in fact.

Beautiful hotel to stay while in Ft. Williams

Absolutely beautiful cottage located about a 10 minute drive from the main area of Ft. Williams. The inn is also on the premise of a beautiful manor with gorgeous gardens and pathways that we walked. There is a bar and restaurant on site but we venture out to one of the local restaurants that had a live local band playing. The cottage has such charm. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to have a quiet, peaceful getaway from the main downtown area.

Decent room for a decent price

Our room was a tad dated but very comfortable. We had dinner in the pub which we felt had a very limited menu and pricey for the quality of food

Beautiful setting. The castle was stunning but way beyond our budget so Factors was a great option. Therooms are huge. No bathrrom fan or refrigerator but otherwise great.

Check in at separate location was awkward and confusing. Staff rushed us out the door. Their only suggestion for dinner was the pub below our rooms. The pub was dead and had a strange smell. We found our own spot for dinner. The rooms while large are above the pub. We couldn’t sleep until those noise stopped around 11:30. The road near beside the location is also busy and load.

Great Room, Confusing Check in

The check in is SO confusing. We checked in at the castle up the road. They stated we were in the cottage so we went to the cottage which did not have our room number. We went back to the castle and they finally told us to go to the pub and the room was above it. Great room, 2 bathrooms!

Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Check in at the castle was easy and quick. However, the real highlight of The Factors is to have dinner downstairs. One of the best meals we had in our entire time in Scotland. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent room and price on way to Skye

Initial problem with check in very happily resolved. We stayed in room 6 and were extremely happy with the spacious room and facilities, very, very comfortable and relaxing. Especially as we had our dog - bed and feed bowls provided. Eating in the Factors Inn below was an added treat, and we eould cerrsinly recommend. You should be aware of where to pick key up, and no breakfast where you stay, and rooms upstairs, but dont be put off as it is quite a gem in its own right.
