The parking was terrible. They had a 3rd party Vaket service that was understaffed with 1 person. We had to park across the drive, and it cost us over $50 for less than 12 hours of parking in the garage. The room had alot of noise that you could hear from the street and we were on the 13th floor.

I am requesting a refund!! The heat was not working and the too They placed me in was extremely loud with drunk people in the halls and the room next door!! I had to move at 11:40 pm .due to the heat not working and the noise !! I told the manager on staff that I want a refund indoor the the 2 issues and inconvenience!!
