Horrible experience

Must stay there was fine. However, I was double booked. Neither the hotel or the booking site would help me in any way shape or form. Therefore they stole money from me. Multiple phone calls multiple emails. Nothing has been done. Would never ever ever use the services again literally stole money from me

No towels or hot water

The hotel is in a really nice area downtown It was a decent size for a family of 5. The first night we arrived found that hotel only had 2 towels for a family of 5 obviously that is not enough I clearly booked the room for 5 and was charged extra When I called for extra Lowell was told it would be a half hour before they bring more It was almost a hour before I finally had to go down and get them The morning I was to check out there was no hot water I went front desk to find out why no hot water they didn’t have a explanation As I was going back to my room on 10th floor a lady up the hall from me asked if I had hot water and I told her no So it’s apparent the hot water was completely out on that floor at the very least. The hotel clearly needs to work on there customer satisfaction with the basic necessities

I have stayed several times at this particular Aloft and each time I have had a very pleasant experience with the staff. They are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay safe and even helped out with staging a small birthday celebration in their bar area.

This stay was okay. We have been on the road for two weeks and I was expecting sometime a little more cozy and nice. I booked a King Suite, and it was the most average room ever. Not sure I will book aloft again. Overall it was just okay.

Our room was clean and the staff were polite. The beds were freshly made but rather firm, so tolerable for one night. This is an ok hotel, but we didn’t find the bathroom design to be ideal for 2 adults and a teen. For example, the frosted window of the bathroom shower faces into the bedroom, so if anyone goes to the restroom and flips on the light in the evening, it lights up the sleeping areas. The sink is a raised bowl with a faucet placed pretty far back. I’m about 5’5” and still had to tippy-toe to brush teeth. These things while trivial to some will probably have me looking for different accommodations. Front desk staff and cafe staff were friendly. We appreciated the ability to walk across to dining for dinner nearby.
