The hotel was nice and unique because of the floor layout. At first check in, the staff was great. They help us with our room. The first room had a bad odor smell, so they moved us into another room. Noticed the rooms don’t have microwave. I guess they don’t want you to warm up your leftovers. You still hear the street noise from the 12th floor. Plus our neighbors. The next morning we had breakfast at their restaurant. The staff there appears to don’t care. They didn’t greet us or ask us if we needed help. I had to do all the talking. Then when we got back that afternoon, I asked if we can have a menu for the room to order room service. They said they don’t provided menus for the rooms. So we didn’t order from their kitchen. We went out to eat! Their valet staff they use was great! I have to think twice before staying there again!

The hotel and my room was very nice, the only thing is there is no microwave in the rooms but they did have one downstairs. This will definitely be where I stay when I’m in Fort Worth.

Every member of the staff from front desk to breakfast and bar were professional, friendly and overall nice people. They seemed to enjoy working there and each others company. We loved our stay at Aloft Forth Worth Downtown.

Apparently when I was trying to book my room , I somehow accidentally booked a room at two different hotels!! When I realized it had occurred . I tried to cancel one of the bookings, hotels.com would not allow me to because I didn’t get the insurance. Your right I didn’t, I didn’t even know I booked the room.

I had a 2 queen bed corner suite for a weekend. It was nice and spacious. Everything was clean except the bathroom door, there was a tiny hand print on the bottom of the door which is minor. I do feel like the room was overpriced though. However the staff, ESPECIALLY valet (Hispanic woman) and the ladies who handled breakfast and the bar manager were all extremely kind and patient. I would stay here again!
