A really good spot if you have a car and want to stay outside of Dallas and see the stockyards. The shuttle service to/from the stockyards was awesome!

Horrible customer service! They cancelled my reservation and left me stranded with no room. I have tried to reach the GM by phone and email many times and she dosent respond. If you don’t want to lose your money and want a guaranteed room, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I never give full stars. I am sure there is something to be worked on. We can always improve. But. Seriously. This was the best stay i have had in the USA. Its clean & quiet. Train went by twice that i heard. A real breakfast. Hot food and cereal etc. Coffee is ok. Tea chouces. Juice choices. The room was clean!! The bathroom was clean! The little fridge door refused to stay shut. We had a few issues opening the door to our room. There is a commercial washer and dryer on the 3rd floor that works. And a iron and itoning board in the room. Like wow. Staff is polite. And they use a translation app if thry dont understand. Like when the elevator was being cleaned so we could not use it. I and my husband were very happy here. We will not only stay again; but have already recommended it to others. We had vistors from all over there at breakfast. Good time. And we never saw a bug. No wierd smells. Thank you for having workere that are proud of the worl they do. As my impressions of usa places thus far have been absolutely horrible.

When i went back to ck my reservation the date had been changed when I tried to adjust it it said no rooms were available, being i didnot have phone number i couldn't confirm, so had to change my reservation n when got to other venues County Inn called saying i still had reservation there, i had paid for stay at my new venue, i don't know who to blame but someone changed the dates, i wasn't going to Hotel where may r may not have reservation, from the web site i did not have phone number to confirm my first choice n that sucks Have a good day i will not b using Hotel. Com anymore !!!!!!!!
