The air conditioning was not adequate enough to cool the room by even 2°, the fan had no control so it was barely coming out of the wall. wall. The guy was unable to fix so they did manage to give us a fan so we could at least move air around since none of the windows ever opened these days. totally unacceptable

I used and liked the fitness room. The shower needs repair, the control lever is loose and not working properly, and the diverter for the rain head or handheld DOES NOT WORK. The movable table at the sitting chair was covered with ketchup, obviously it was not cleaned. We were low on TP and bath towels and had to track down cleaning to get replenished. My wife and I shared one towel each day, so we were not wasting the towels.

Clean but never again
Check in was at 4. We tried to check in at 330. We did not get our room until 530. This made us very late for the event we were attending. The lobby was filled with people waiting on rooms. The room we asked for was unavailable. The room we received was apparently an upgraded room that the blinds would not close all the way so as soon as the sun came up we were up. The bathroom had a leaking pipe in it as well. The bed was hard as a rock.

Employees Need Training on what a customer is!
What a nightmare! Upon checking in there was only one associate for a high volume weekend. Cody Johnson in concert ahd Cowboys game. The line was so long. None of the rooms were ready at 5 pm!!!! 5 pm!!!! The worst part is that the hotel couldn’t care less. I was shocked. We booked a king room and were offered a double bed room but with no discount. The associate was firm with this. Overall the property was nice and convenient but the lack of service and the non customer focused approach would keep me from staying her again.
