Didnt get to check in until 3 hours after our check in time because they allowed other guests to overstay and they didnt have the rooms ready. It was horrible. We waited in the lobby with no timeframe of when the rooms would be ready and then they gave us the wrong type of room when we finally got in. It was horrible and destroyed our entire schedule for that day. We didnt get compensated in any way for the missed time...not even a water while we waited!

This was a disappointing hotel. Tv didn’t work the first night and was told it would work in the morning. Wi-Fi was free IF you signed up for their hotel program. Check in staff was neither friendly or unfriendly and no information in room about amenities. Couldn’t figure out coffee maker so had to go down and buy a cup every morning. Had to change rooms second night to get a working tv. Not impressed.

Check in was late and was overbooked, line was very long. We got there by 4 pm and didn’t get our room till about 7 because they weren’t ready, then for what we paid over $300 and on top of that we checked out at 9 something the next morning. The way check in was handled was very poorly. The manager left workers alone for them to handle the whole situation felt terrible for the staff too.
