Date night at Bass Hall

This was our 2nd trip to Ft. Worth to see a show at the Bass Hall and both times we stayed at this hotel. It’s directly across the street from Bass Hall. There is also the Cheesecake Factory and Jake’s Burgers across the street. Hotel is nice. It’s not a fancy embassy suites like some can be but it’s the location we like best. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Evening drinks and morning breakfast were nice. Staff was awesome including valet. We will definitely be back!

Weekend stay

We really enjoyed the stay at the Embassy. Only complaint I would have is we were put in a handicapped bathroom and the showerhead hose is kind of weird and so you really couldn’t enjoy your shower. You could improve the lighting in the rooms. There was a mirror behind the bathroom door and it’s so dark in the room. You can’t see yourself.

Mediocre hotel with subpar customer service. Had a one night stay, the bed was as hard as a rock. Lobby staff was less than welcoming, one lady acted like it was an inconvenience helping us. The other lady is the one who saved thos review.

Old, uncomfortable, and not worth it

This trip was gifted to my child for part of his Christmas. It was gifted as a trip to Andretti and swimming with his cousins that evening at an indoor pool. When the kids all got dressed to go to the pool an unavoidable occurrence caused the pool to have to be shut down. We reverted plans to entertain the kids. Once time for bed there was no extra bedding for the sofa sleeper and we waited for a while after requesting only to be brought a top sheet and a thin blanket. I then requested pillows and waited quite a while for those as well. The bedding was all extremely poor quality, the pillows are lumpy and old and not even full sized. Some of the fixtures not even attached properly to the walls (toilet paper holder). The hotel did have good communication and the kids got to go to the pool this morning; however, it was ice cold and they couldn’t enjoy it. Breakfast was very good but all in all our stay was far less than pleasant. We stay at Hilton’s often and this will no longer make the list.

Very friendly staff. Just note to dummies, like me, valet parking us NOT free! It costs $40 plus tip, so just be prepared. I dont travel like this much yet so i am learning. We absolutely loved our room as it was a corner suite and had great views! There was much to choose to eat for breakfast as well

Room ruined the stay

The room set up was awful for a family. One bed was in front of the A/C unit so I was blown on all night. No chairs in the room to sit around the table, and to use the bathroom you had to go through the room where people were sleeping. No Bedding for the pull out couch and there was no way a wheelchair could have made it through the bedroom to the bathroom and we were in a handicap room. People/ employees were great, valet and front desk very friendly, but the room ruined the stay.
