Man that checked us in was great but multiple other front staff were rude or not available. Breakfast was great. Room was OK but nothing special, which is totally great for work. Train close by and we did enjoy rex but the outside music was a little hard for early hour guest.

Really nice stay

Clean room, great location since it was close to zoo, botanical gardens, and Casa Manana. Quiet even though it is close to interstate. Good breakfast. Exercise room had plenty of workout machines.

I stayed here a year ago, and it was fine. This time, our room was VERY dark. We had a lamp on the nightstand with only one working bulb. That was the only lamp in the room - no desk lamp, no floor lamp. Also, the shower had hairs that were not mine in it, and the bathroom floor was sticky. There was no full length mirror in the room.
