Rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast very good. Staff was very friendly, had a great stay! Loved that we could walk to the Water Gardens and Sundance Square. Felt safe even at night.

The only thing I was disappointed in was not being able to lift the Roman shade on my window because I like nTuralight and the view was nice. I also hate having to pay extra for parking. That being said, the hotel location was excellent and we’ve stayed her a couple of times before. The cleanliness is of utmost importance and they do not fail. The room is comfortable and well-maintained. It’s quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the first time we’ve taken advantage of the free breakfast and it did not disappoint. The food was good with plenty of choices and more than enough seating in a pleasant environment. There was some seating outside as well.

I'll stay again, but in a better room.
For the first time, my bathroom was subpar. The shower had pealing and cracked paint on the wall and ceiling. Some of the wallpaper was separating from the wall and the shower leaked on to the floor. Some of the floor laminate was also separating.
