Great location, very quiet and clean. All the staff is very friendly and professional. Just wish they had a card reader so the door by the pool is not just an exit.

Great Hotel

The staff at the hotel is friendly. And the place is nice and clean. They offer free breakfast every morning, which is nice. It's nothing fancy but its a pretty good hotel to stay at when we visit our family who lives in Keller.

Air conditioning in our room and toilet were both broken. After trying to call the front desk multiple times and leaving a message I finally went down to the lobby. There was no option to fix the room that night so we had to move rooms in the middle of the night and ended up in a smaller room.

The facility is clean and convenient for our needs. Staff was marked down from excellent due to not performing 2nd day linen replacement. Registration and breakfast staff were very good. The second night of our stay 3 bus loads of high school kids stayed in the facility. They were well behaved and there were no noise issues.

The pool has been closed for over a month. They dont tell you that when you book or check in for your stay. We found out when walking to the pool and there is a sign on the door. I asked about it and they just said oh ya sorry for the inconvenience we have an issue with a part on order. So if you want a hotel with a pool call them first to see if it is fixed first. It was a big let down for my family when we came into town and couldn’t swim or go in hot tub.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and offers the amenities most people are looking for, business or personal. Pool, gym, refillable water station, breakfast with functional rooms that are clean. Centrally located in Keller, and in a shopping center area with great options within walking distance. Inwould definitely recommend and stay here again.
