The room was nice, clean but outdated. Shower pressure not that great. The ice machine was no longer on the second floor and eventually found out we had to ask for a bag of ice at the front desk. Parking had an outrageous price of $70 a night so we ended up parking at 777 main building for $25. The lobby was very nice but getting there right at 3pm check in time, it ended up getting busy with a long line to check in.

First, I was ripped off. Not worth $500 night. From the minute you walk in, it smelled musty. The room stank - dead air, and the room was poorly lit, was dank and dirty, as were the hallways. Dried blood on our sheets, dirty window shades, the shower didn’t drain and no cleaning service the next day. 15th floor has the presidential suite where JFK spent his last night. Advice: book directly with the hotel, otherwise, they will refer you to a third party.
