First of all staff was sorta rude and running around like they had no idea what was going on and what did it for me that they stole my truck from the hotel parking lot and the camera that was facing my truck was “currently ” not working at the time. When the detective made a follow up to retrieve any video evidence they told him the person who had access to the cameras had quit and they didn’t have access to cameras!!!! Would avoid at all cost
The hotel was very clean, new and amenities were above average. The only complaint is that the rooms are not very insulated. Noise levels were annoying. I could hear conversations in the rooms as I walked through the halls. I heard shower water running. In the room, I could her hallway conversations, people above and on the sides.

Hotel Stay-July 8th, 2025
We checked in with the family July 8th, 2025 for a 3:00 p.m. check in. There were two front desk attendants. They were not friendly and their demeanor was very robotic and cold. We also went to the room and the bathroom was a little dirty and clean. Also, went to the gym on the 9th and the TV was not working. I spoke to the front desk clerk and she could not help me. She said that she would ge the maintenance person to help and the person never came and then came in and said it was not working.
