We stayed here because of it's closeness to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital. It was very convenient. Our room was nice but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Great place to stay with various hot breakfast options. Beware that you will be charged $12 a day to park your vehicle in the hotel parking lot that is attached to the hotel and uncovered. Parking fee only complaint because it doesn’t make sense.

While my stay didn't go as planned as I got locked out of my room when the card system failed, the front desk clerk, Jasmine, went out of her way to help us get back into the room. The system was not fixed while we were there so Jasmine gave us a free night's stay in the future. This night could have gone much worse if not for her help.

Spacious rooms and comfortable bed Hot tub wasn’t working and my room wasn’t cleaned as set up by desk No new towels second night or housekeeping Desk said housekeeping showed it serviced but beds not made, trash not emptied and no new towels I went down and picked new linens and a trash bag from desk since housekeeping had all left and no telling when they would be delivered
