Room 210: GFCI outlet dead, so big light over fridge area was dead and we had to move coffee maker to the tiny space by bathroom sink to an outlet that worked. Light over couch was dead, so my wife pulled out couch and found a wad of cords ziptied together that was so heavy it had pulled the plugs out of the outlet. She snipped the ties off, removed 2 phone cords that were not in use, then swept the trash up and put the couch back. The two fixtures worked then, but one still had a lightbulb out. The TV didnt work. I called down to the front desk and their only suggestion was to move us to another room. We had already unpacked for the week. My wife troubleshot the tv and its remote, and was able to get to the main channels. But when we checked out today, our room bill had a movie charge. In the 13 years we have been coming to this hotel, we have never watched a pay-for movie. We always let the staff know when something needs to be repaired. This was the first time that nothing was fixed. It's a shame to see the place get so run down.

My husband and I stayed here. We ended up going home early. The staff was OK. Absolutely need a vehicle to get around and tour the area 30 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes from Dallas nothing to do around the area. Food was mediocre for the continental breakfast, which is to be expected Lazar rowdy gas pool was closed Air conditioning was annoying and rattling on and off. I would rate this a two or three star

The first issue I found a large bug in the room when I checked in. Gross! The TV did not work. The toilet kept running during the night and to top it all off the smoke alarm was covered up with a plastic bag. So no protection in case of fire. Response at front desk was that they had no maintenance on duty on the weekend.

The property was fairly decent overall. However, housekeeping never came to clean the room, there was no door on the closet, the iron leaked, and we had to wait over an hour for 2 sets of towels because they were being "washed". Also the lightng in the room was very dim.
