Never Again!

I specifically stayed at this hotel because I wanted to use the hot tub. Hot tub was full of 6 little kids (8-12 yr olds) w no parents at all in the pool area. It was disappointing. I asked why their parents weren't present like the SIGN ON THE WALL STATES.. one of them says "we're old enough". Ridiculous. When I went to the front desk to complain the man tells me the kids must be the adults' kids that are playing cards and drinking in the breakfast area. Couldn't even use the hot tub due to the free-for-all that was happening at this place. Never again will I stay at this place. Zero respect for other guests. Do yourself a favor. Find a place with better management.

Moldy ceiling above shower due to no proper ventilation in bathroom. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor suggests it wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Heat and air unit rattled LOUDLY when turned on. To the point that it woke up our children throughout the night. Talk about a sleepless night.
