I want to start by saying this property has a lot of potential and could be a wonderful place to stay, but unfortunately, it fell short of the typical La Quinta standards, which was disappointing. The beds seemed smaller than expected, and one bed had a fitted sheet used as a flat sheet. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, leaving dirty water to stand in during showers. The sink frequently clogged while brushing teeth, and the toilet didn’t flush correctly, often leaving toilet paper behind. Housekeeping was non-existent—we stayed for a week, and our room was never cleaned. The breakfast options were very limited, offering only cereal, waffles, eggs, and sausage, which is far from La Quinta’s usual variety. The coffee bar was often dirty, and common areas weren’t well-maintained. Additionally, the staff, while friendly, lacked professionalism in appearance. One morning staff member wore sweatpants and a hoodie with the hood up while assisting me, which didn’t reflect the professional image I expect from La Quinta. I was extremely disappointed with our stay. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made, as it seems to suffer from poor management or oversight.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived at about 7:00 PM.. I followed posted orders, made a phone call listed on a sign there, and waited another 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to admit me. The room was unattractive (part of the heating unit was lying on the floor.) When I first tried to turn on the bathroom lights, I discovered that one bulb was missing and the other only came on when the switch was repeatedly jiggled. There was loud shouting outside the room with people threatening each other. When I tried to make coffee the next morning, I discovered that part of the coffee machine was missing. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again.

Was made in error and when I tried to fix it, I got no response from Expedia or the property. Forcing me to pay twice for the same room. I will never stay at this property or any La Quinta or Wyndham property ever again.

I accidentally made the reservation for a Thursday night instead of Friday night. Expedia said I had to contact the property and the property said only the manager could make the decision and I have to call back when I call back. They said the manager wouldn’t be available for two days Which was three days past where I needed this fixed. Well, I do own that the mistake made was mine. Their lack of communication was horribly bad and they never called me back. I most likely will not be staying there ever again. Or any La Quinta or Wyndham property for that matter.
