The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pillows are very small (squares, like what you'd see on sofas) and the A/C is pretty loud. The pool and hot but were nice and the breakfast included eggs and potatoes.

Room was not totally cleaned, debris on floor, floor sticky. Clerk made me give him my credit card and added $50.00 charge for security deposit. I had to ask repeatedly over several days for a refund. Corporate office phone number was not reachable. Notified Better Business Bureau and noticed many complaints about never receiving their deposit back. I prepaid for room by Mastercard, so why did I have to pay a security deposit. Why did I have to go through so much trouble to recover it?

Changed rooms 3 times. First room had light fixtures not working opened door to fridge, there where roaches everywhere. 2nd room had roaches all in the bathroom plus ac wasnt working. Third room was good. Manager was very professional and very helpful not his fault at all. Whole entire places smells like marijuana. Hot tub wasnt working. I hate writing bad reviews, but this one deserves one. Disgusted. Will not be back.
