Well the stay started off great the last that checked me in was very nice polite and asked plenty of questions to make sure everything was good and I booked the right room and everything else I go to check out and there’s a new lady and she’s very rude with the customers in front of me who had a language barrier and then asked me for my id…lost it… and the got an extreme attitude with me as if I lost it or was withholding it from her holy for her to find it under her book as she was yelling at me. To top it all off as I turned around she slammed the one inch window as hard as she could so I’d know she was upset and there was a roach luckily I was only there for one night but as rude as the staff is with doors that don’t latch when you leave the roaches are the least if your worries

Receptionist was rude the second I walked in. Then they sent me to a room that was already full of another customers belongings. The toilet in the room I ended up with had a leak so there was water all over the bathroom floor! I'll never stay here again! I'd rate this place a solid 1!!!

Horrible experience with cigarette smoke and noise

Most terrible experience I ever had. I guess I can’t complain after booking a cheap hotel, but they said it’s had smoke free rooms and most of the days I couldn’t sleep because it smelled of cigarettes and weed. The toilet could not flush, I could hear noise from all over the rooms that I could not sleep at night.

Female behind counter was rude,disrespectful very unprofessional and she threatened to have motorcycle towed when it was parked legally! Cockroachs and illegal drug activity. Do not recommend!

Absolutely worst place we ever stayed. No service. Asked for towels or to get room cleaned and we only got a set of clean towels on 5th night there. No coffee even though big picture in lobby with morning coffee. Had to phone hotel for someone to come to front desk to check out after waiting 20 minutes in lobby. No food services close. Staff could not speak english. One star is too much for this hotel. I trust expedia less for adding this hotel to their list of hotels.

Bedroom was very clean with plenty of usb connections, 4/5 stars. Bed was nice. Air conditioner was noisy. Bathroom was a mess, faucets were hanging through the wall with big gaps where bugs would came in. Found roaches in the bathroom. Big 0.

The place was bare bones and worrisome. There were different things found in the elevator every night I was there to include vomit and a mysterious substance that smelled questionable at best.
