The staff and service were all excellent, with the exception of a salad we ordered to go. We asked for chicken, but there wasn’t any. We called and left a message but nobody returned our call. It’s okay - there are other great dining options. We’ll see you again soon!

We really like the hotel. It’s close to things and has easy access to the bus to get to areas such as the Stockyards. The staff is super friendly and the room is clean and spacious. The only negative for us was the fact that you have to pay $10 per device for WiFi. In 2024, for the price of this hotel, WiFi should be free for guests.

Great staycation-ladies wear your BOOTS!
Perfect place for a staycation with my teen. LOVE the roaring, inviting fire in the lobby welcoming guests. The pool is not heated like it says online but the spa was nice. My favorite thing was the bathrobe in the room!
