Called the night before to confirm I could check in early and was told that I could as long as I paid an early check in fee…When I arrived @ 10am I wasn’t allowed to check in until 2pm…How long does it take to clean a room when check out is @ 11am and NO WAY was this hotel even HALF fully occupied

I made a reservation they wouldn’t let me in the room because I didn’t have an ID on me. Never saw the room, no one tried to be helpful, my grandmother talked with them and she said she would give them a photo of her ID but no dice. Then they charged me for two days and would not refund money

Bed cover had stains all over it no one was working for house keeping so I had to take the cover down myself wasn’t told when I booked the room that it was a additional $50 deposit on top of what I already paid to book the room

* I didn't like the dead roach at door to my room. * I didn't like that the refrigerator wasn't working. * I didn't like that the remote didnt work. * I didnt like that the room wasn't equipped with Iron/board. * I didn't like that I could hear everything happening on the floor I was on ( Laundry Room, Front Desk, Housekeeping etc ) * I did like that the bed/pillows were comfortable.

This place was a very clean facility, and quiet. The only recommendation I would give this hotel is that they should serve water for free and put it in each freezer so it can be easy for guests. We couldn’t drink water the day we got there cause there wasn’t any and in the freezer or the vending machine so if they can do that it would be good.

Disgusting hotel. Worst hotel we stayed at during our trip. The pictures are extremely deceiving. Shower was covered in mold, carpet was disgusting, elevator was a death trap.

The hallways smelled like smoke and not cigarette smoke, considering our room was non smoking yet the hotel smelled like all smoking rooms. Needs serious updating and fixing of walls. Will NEVER stay again.
