It was just a room but it was not really clean up to standard if you have 10 more dollars a night just go a little bit further and you'll get a better deal it was dirty we had to move the room two times

This property is just sad! For starters there is a $50 refundable deposit for “nonsmoking” rooms that isn’t disclosed prior! Which doesn’t make any sense! I’ve never heard of such a thing before. Then the exterior doors that have a pad you have to scan you card on for entry doesn’t even work, you in fact do NOT need to scan your card just open the door freely. so anyone at any time can gain entry into the hotel threw the back, side doors. Pretty sketchy, then the rooms their selves, sad! I walked around in black socks in my room and my black socks turned brown be cause the vinyl floor was that filthy! I will not be going back, my sister had a room at a super 8 directly behind this property which was 10/10. Regret regret regret!

When I arrived I spoke to the lady behind the bulletproof glass and gave her my card for payment. I had to pay a $50 refundable deposit (not sure I’ve ever done this before at a hotel). I went to my room and it was about 90 degrees with the heater blasting. There were no control knobs on the unit to turn it down. The smoke alarm was missing from the wall and the room smelled like something died in there. I went back down to request another room and was obliged. The second room was clean and comfortable until someone tried to enter my room after I went to bed. I’m glad I had the door stop engaged or they would have just walked in. We were in the room at the end of the hall near the exit to the pool. We heard that door slam shut all night and loud conversations in the hall right outside of the room until around 5am. Other than that, everything was great.

Do not visit this hotel
Front desk people were not nice at all. We picked this hotel because of the pool and breakfast and the pool was closed during the morning and breakfast was so bad: only bread and an orange juice. Also, when I was checking out I asked if I could use a bathroom and they didn't let me use any bathroom. I also mentioned that I was going to write a bad review and they said they didn't care.

Bad name for Days Inn chain. I chose Days Inn because I’ve stayed in those before and felt confident doing so; didn’t bother to look at the reviews. Extremely dirty place and falling apart. Half the items in the room didn’t work, not even the doors to get into the building. Staff was good and I understand they have to work with what’s available to them but the hotel is at its lowest point. Lesson learned for me; look at the reviews!!

The property was close enough for us to get back and forth to the Stockyards safely, but I feel like it could have been cleaner. The staff was nice and when we were unhappy with our first room they gave us another one with no issue!

The listing on Expedia said breakfast buffet. It didn't have a buffet. It had a very limited continental breakfast. It was horrible it was the main reason for booking this hotel.
