They could not accomodate my reservations that i already had. I needed handicap and the room they put me in was far from it. Not even the bathroom was. I could not shower due to the tub waa not handicap equiped. It was very dirty... the room had not been cleaned. Lights were wrapped in foil. Very much a safety hazard! The lady at the front deak was rude and had No customer service skills. I will never come back here. I am just appalled and disappointed in the handicap services they offer. I will fight to get my money back for sure!!!!

Checked in and the clerk was rude, got to our room and there wasn’t even a smoke detector plus the heater wasn’t working! My fiancé had to go request a different room so they put using the third floor. The drain in the tub of the first room we were put in even came out of the tub; before we even started taking our showers! I was so disappointed with the staff and building, I cancelled my second stay and will be staying somewhere else for my next trip to Fort Worth!

The heater did not work. The lights over the bed did not work. There was no hair dryer. The porcelain on the bathroom sink was cracked and broken. They did not have any spare blankets or pillows. I slept in my coat to keep warm.

It was alright. There was a black stain in toilet that looked like it wouldn’t come out, otherwise room looked and smelled clean. Was a little put off about $50 deposit that I did not see when I looked at info about hotel. The lady that checked us in told me it’s listed on the Hotels site for that hotel. When I looked again, I found the statement about the deposit, but it’s not in the main info about the hotel. If it was, I wouldn’t have been so put off, but it might also deter people from using their hotel. The hotel was in a convenient location for our trip.

Absolutely disgusting, the shower had black mold in it. The room was a non smoking room but smelled like a bucket of smoked cigarettes. The towels had curly hair in them, that I can only assume was pubic hair. It just overall was not pleasant.

This property is just sad! For starters there is a $50 refundable deposit for “nonsmoking” rooms that isn’t disclosed prior! Which doesn’t make any sense! I’ve never heard of such a thing before. Then the exterior doors that have a pad you have to scan you card on for entry doesn’t even work, you in fact do NOT need to scan your card just open the door freely. so anyone at any time can gain entry into the hotel threw the back, side doors. Pretty sketchy, then the rooms their selves, sad! I walked around in black socks in my room and my black socks turned brown be cause the vinyl floor was that filthy! I will not be going back, my sister had a room at a super 8 directly behind this property which was 10/10. Regret regret regret!

When I arrived I spoke to the lady behind the bulletproof glass and gave her my card for payment. I had to pay a $50 refundable deposit (not sure I’ve ever done this before at a hotel). I went to my room and it was about 90 degrees with the heater blasting. There were no control knobs on the unit to turn it down. The smoke alarm was missing from the wall and the room smelled like something died in there. I went back down to request another room and was obliged. The second room was clean and comfortable until someone tried to enter my room after I went to bed. I’m glad I had the door stop engaged or they would have just walked in. We were in the room at the end of the hall near the exit to the pool. We heard that door slam shut all night and loud conversations in the hall right outside of the room until around 5am. Other than that, everything was great.
