This is no holiday inn. Sooo many issues with this hotel. It was noisy kids running all thru the halls all hours of the night knocking on doors and running, had to call the front desk for him to do something about it and he couldn’t. It was too much for him to handle. There are only cameras on the first floor. The pool water looked dirty. They had no towels for people in the pool and they were not in the business of replacing the used towels from other guests in the pool area. The pool was also cold. Unlike the holiday inn who has a warm pool for guests wanting to swim in the winter months. The breakfast was very limited. They had a small bowl of eggs they were slow to refill for guests. By Monday there were no eggs only sausages for a hot breakfast. The kitchen staff spoke no English but had the audacity to be rude. They put the coffee/tea up after breakfast. The shower curtains were molded. They don’t replace towels daily it took three days to get fresh towels for a four day stay. I asked housekeeping for towels he told me they had none but I clearly saw towels on his cart. My toilet kept stopping up. The elevator was extremely unsafe, the doors closed on guests entering the elevator I got hit quite a few times by the door and so did my child. I saw maintenance checking it out but it wasn’t fixed. Trash throughout the hotel. The only day I’ve really seen it clean was Sunday night. It’s a convenient location, yes, but definitely needs upgrades and security. Beds were small
