I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Everything was clean & welcoming. The room had fresh vibrant white linen & towels. The fixtures were very clean. The carpet was clean. No foul orders! This hotel was an ideal home away from home.
This hotel was AMAZING! Very clean, nice spacious room, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, and the fact that it’s close to the airport with free shuttle service was the icing on the cake. It’s also located right near a lot of quick bite restaurants Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Panera, Starbucks, ect. Will be staying here when I come back!
Very nice and clean hotel. Nice amenities with gym and pool. My only feedback is they get a machine to do lat pulldown and tricep pressdown exercises. Nighttime front desk staff were really good and accomodating but unfortunately can't say the same for morning and/or early afternoon staff. For example, we requested an airport shuttle for 9am and never recieved a phone call that the shuttle was leaving that when we did get to lobby at 9:03, we were told it left. I then asked as to why we werent notified since you did take our room info since he was the same person who took down the info the day prior and I got a blank stare and no response. That is not a sign of good customer service and hospitality. Overall good experience but I'd advised management to at least prepare their staff to at least apologize for the inconvenience and not be rude to guests.
Nick was the night shift manager and he was very patient and kind to all of us. All flights were delayed into Dallas very late on the night of 4 November. We all were very tired and exhausted. Both Nick (the gentleman at the counter) and the shuttle driver (sorry I did not get his name) made sure to provide us with extremely good customer service! They were so genuinely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
