I stayed in room 105 and noticed that the blinds were not working properly. They could only be partially closed using a switch that seemed to be a temporary or substitute solution. The blinds would only close halfway. Additionally, I needed to use a bathroom accessible for people in wheelchairs, so I wasn't able to change rooms. I kindly request that the issue be properly and permanently fixed, rather than just temporarily addressed.

The overnight staff at this property was terrible. The security was rude, he was not customer oriented and was confrontational. I will never stay at this hotel again because Donald was terrible. If I as an employer ever knew that my employee acted like this, I would be embarrassed and would immediately fire him.

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast in the morning. It was OK. The only choice for fresh fruit was apples. Should have a few more options if you’re not there first thing in the morning, most of the food was already gone an hour later.

Very attentive staff and management We were there on a weekday. The do not offer waffles on weekdays. My son loves waffles. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I said "how about waffles" half jokingly. She said ok no problem and had staff make him a waffle. This was not generated by a complaint, just great customer service.
