What nightmares are made of
I walked in and the room had roaches, bed bugs & dirty bedding. I walked out and received a refund without setting anything I own down. I do not recommend.

AS SOON AS I WALKED IN, I SAW ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM. THE BLANKET ON THE BED HAD A CUT IN IT.THE FIRE SPRINKLER ON THE CELLING WAS WRAPPED IN PAPER SO IT WOULDNT HAD WORKED.THE SMOKE DETECTOR HAD BEEN REMOVED.THE CARPET IN THE HALL LOOKED LIKE IT HAADNT BEEN VACUMED IN WEEKS.I WILL NEVER STAY IN A 8 HOTEL EVER AGAIN

If my grandmother were still alive, it’s the kind of place. She would have called a real dump. The breakfast was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. All they had was waffles and burnt coffee, incredibly noisy in every room, both through the ceiling and the walls. Terrible.

Only one major complaint. Breakfast. Sorry its no breakfast. Its unhealthy snacks! Coffee mediocre. Juice says orange but its not. No fruit. No protein...not even boiled eggs. Otherwise. The rooms are clean. They woman cleaning do the best they can. This was the very first place since leaving Canada, i found to be worth staying in. I saw no bugs or evidence of them. The building was being maintained. Its noisy here. Highway. Noisy guests with truck's. I would actually consider staying again. But please. Get some real food. Not junk food. Thank you

Thank you for an amazing stay! The property was beautiful from the inside to the outside. Everything was amazing, but I had two cons. The breakfast was bsre minimum. Also, the water pressure and temperature in my shower was acting odd. It was when I was checking out that I was informed they had a water issue that stemmed from the rooms above me, and it wouldn't be fixed until Monday. Other than that, the staff were kind and courteous, and the room was spacious and beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!
