It was quiet I didn't like the fact that I was accompanying my 72 year old mother who walks with the assistance of a walker because of a stroke she had, we still had almost a hour before check in, and I asked the clerk is it possible to check in early because My mother was getting tired and cold the clerk said no and nothing else she can do had My mother sitting in the parking lot for the next hour,, while the clerk sat in a cubby hole eating junk food instead of sitting behind the desk greeting customers and making their stay more pleasant

House keeping was the best part of the staff. They were always very friendly and polite. Sadly they were more helpful than the rest of the staff. The front desk staff was either extremely rude or they had no idea how to do their job. They billed the wrong card and of course when I called them, which took a couple days because nobody answered the phone, they were rude and said basically it was my problem and I needed to call Hilton to get it fixed. I called Hilton and they apologized and said it was the properties job to fix it. Hilton tried calling the property several times and they didn’t answer so they emailed them and I’m waiting for the general manager to contact me. I have stayed at this property a couple times and it hasn’t gotten any better so we will find another property to stay at in the future.

Water pressure in shower was poor. We were not notified that cleaning service was done every other day. We asked for clean towels and they said we had to come downstairs to pick them up. We couldn't believe that.

Too many small issues to ever stay here again

There were just so many issues. One of the keys to our room stopped working everyday. Eventually we just gave up asking to have it fixed and just used the one that did work. The bathroom light flickered on and off like a weird haunted hallway. The shelf on the bathroom was broken therefor useless. The controller to the TV worked inconsistently, and the staff was just weird? They'd leave the desk and just sit down somewhere in the entry way and you'd stand at the desk waiting to see if one of the people in the area was going to jump up and help you. They were nice when they did help tho.

Horrible at best. We got here and first room they gave us was nasty dirty and urine all over bathroom floor. They then changed us to another room 4th floor also and it to was nasty and nail clippings all over the bathroom floor. There's no bureaus for belongings and all of the doors in the hotel shut loud and hard so you hear it all night long. we also had the pleasure of a dog on our floor non stop barking. Our toilet is broken and doesn't want to flush and you have to open the tank and play with the float to get it to fill then every so often it works on its own when no one using it. No water pressure in the shower, very dirty shower. This place is like 6 months old and complete trash. There were lights and wires hanging in the elevator, wall paper peeling all over the place. I am at a loss, we travel often and we always use the Hilton brand as it generally always serves us well but not this time by far. The attitude we got when we were asked how our room was and we were honest about it was just the icing on top. Even after being serviced three times during our stay nothing was cleaned. Couldn't be more disappointed at this utterly disgusting experience, Merry Christmas to us

We were in town for the Dallas Cowboys and didn’t want to spend a lot for a place to sleep. Breakfast was more than enough the place is. Mean and safe. Free parking is also a plus.
