Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

The hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, the room was very small, some lights were not functional, wi-fi was very intermittent. There are far much better hotels at the same cost in the area.

Boa localização

O hotel tem uma boa localização. O que deixa muito a desejar é a estrutura do hotel que está super comprometida com infiltrações. Inclusive é possível observar isso na parte externa do prédio. No interior, há infiltrações nos tetos, nas paredes das escadas e nos quartos tem um cheiro muito forte de mofo. O ponto alto do hotel é o seu terraço que tem uma piscina muito boa e uma vista incrível da orla da praia de Iracema.

O hotel é muito bem localizado no sentido que se encontra a poucos minutos da orla Beira-mar. Na minha opinião, um dos pontos altos do hotel é o terraço. O terraço tem uma piscina linda e com uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. No entanto, a estrutura do prédio deixa muito a desejar. Toda a faixada externa tem problemas de infiltrações que são visíveis e assustam qualquer hóspede que chega nas imediações do hotel. Esse problema é também interno. Quando vc acessa a recepção já é possível sentir o cheiro de parede úmida. Vc vê infiltrações em diversas áreas internas também. Até no elevador é possível sentir que há problemas nesse mesmo sentido. Apesar disso, o quarto, que é o espaço principal utilizado pelos hóspedes, é muito limpo e tem uma cama confortável não deixou nada a desejar.

Pode surpreender negativamente

O hotel é próximo do mar, mas num bairro/localização um pouco hostil. Para quem estiver sozinho, mulheres principalmente, pode ser perigoso. O estacionamento existe mas é pago e descoberto. R$ 25 a diária. Então, quem for de carro, fique atento e se prepare. O elevador estava com defeito na noite que passei e tem quartos até o quinto andar, então quem tiver dificuldade de locomoção ou tiver com malas muito pesadas pode ter problemas. O quarto estava mofada, o ar condicionado sujo, uma das luzes do banheiro não acendia e o chuveiro do banheiro estava com problema.
