Great place. We had a spacious rooms with a gorgeous balcony. Location couldn't be better, in central Cumbuco facing the sea. Great breakfast and in general friendly staff. I just don't give the maximum rate because of the loud music till late evening coming from a neighboring bar. When I complained with staff, they were a bit rude. The music was really annoying!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are outdated and lots of ants. Fridge is dirty and room safe did not work. There is security around the property all day/migh, which was great when we had a 6a flight out of Fortaleza. I would definitely come visit again. I love the fresh fish. Not a lot of people speak English, so you need to brush up on your Portuguese.

Melhor custo benefício de Cumbuco
Excelente hotel. Melhor localização, ao lado do centrinho de Cumbuco. Possui 02 hoteis juntos, o Duro Beach inclusive com estrutura de praia, um bom restaurante. Muito bom o café da manhã, quartos bons, banheiros um pouco pequenos, mas com tudo funcionando direitinho. Boas opções de cardápio, equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. Destaque para Neto, Érica. Certamente retornaremos. Possuem estacionamento no Duro Garden.

O ar condicionado não funcionava, o quarto era quente e abafado, a roupa de cama estava com cheiro horrível, com odor de cigarro, mofo e azedo, e é porque não pode fumar dentro do quarto. E não era só a roupa de cama, pois o mal cheiro no quarto nos incomodou bastante e o banheiro não era cheiroso. Super decepcionada, pois saímos da nossa casa achando que estaríamos indo para um hotel à altura do que pagamos, onde 1 diária nos custou em média R$385,00, e não estava de acordo com o que foi informado aqui no site, pois como já mencionado anteriormente, o ar condicionado não funcionava, o som da televisão estava cheio de chiados, o quarto com colchas de cama e fronhas fedorentas, banheiro com cheiro desagradável, e isso é no mínimo não condizente com o que se espera de um hotel nada barato. Outro ponto a ser reclamado é com relação à descarga do banheiro que era fraquíssima e lenta. Diante do exposto aguardo retorno, pois pagar R$770,00 por 2 diárias, e não ter aquilo que foi informado pelo hotel na página do hoteis.com está em desacordo com o código do consumidor. O valor não é justo, portanto espero que tenham bom senso e realizem a devolução do que entendo ter pago a mais, em pelo menos o valor de 1 diária a menos. Pontos positivos: Funcionários educados, solícitos e atenciosos. Mas o hotel em si foi decepcionante, cobrar quase R$400,00 por algo que é informado para o consumidor e não cumprido. Por descumprimento temos o direito de ressarcimento, pois nos sentimos lesadas.
