O Hotel não é o responsável pelo quarto.
Caso você tenha algum problema, tem que resolver direto com o proprietário do quarto, inclusive se precisar de 01 simples rolo de papel higiênico. Não conhecia esse sistema, achei que estava contratando pelo Hotel.

Hotel é bom e muito bem localizado. O apto é confortável. A única ressalva é que no momento da reserva não fui avisado que se tratava de um apto da área do condomínio e não do hotel, ou seja, qualquer situação referente ao apto deveria ser tratada diretamente com o proprietário, que por sinal foi muito atencioso, mas mesmo assim acho que isso deveriia ser avisado na hora da reserva. Não estava incluído o café da manhã. Ainda assim foi uma estadia boa. Recomendo.

O Flat (hotel é muito bom)bem localizado, só acho que o site hotéis.com, deveria deixar explicito, que o flat é particular( propriedade de uma pessoa) portanto isso é deixado bem claro, qdo é feito o check in, pela recepção do hotel, qualquer problema, tem que ser resolvido,diretamente com o proprietário, inclusive materiais básicos de higiene( toalhas e roupas de cama) o mesmo não é trocado, onde é deixado somente duas toalhas e uma roupa de cama, janela do quarto por ser de vidro, deveria ter blackout e não tem, sendo assim, logo ao raiar do sol, o hóspede acaba acordando.

HOTEL PÉSSIMO.FUJAM!!!
Reservamos no Hoteis.com um quarto no Tulip Inn.Na reserva dava a entender que estávamos alugando junto ao hotel.Chegando lá começaram os problemas.O hotel informou que era um quarto de um particular que nada tinha a ver com o hotel.A reserva não estava no hotel e demorei quase uma hora para disponibilizarem um outro quarto do mesmo dono(o funcionário disse que o quarto original estava ocupado).Ao chegar no quarto,tinha forte cheiro de mofo.O pior,não tinha 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro como dito no hoteis.com,mas sim 1 sofá cama,que estava quebrado.Tinha apenas 1 lençol no quarto.Ao ligar para a recepção os funcionários foram extremamente grosseiros e mal educados e se negaram a emprestar um lençol pra eu me cobrir(nem pra cobrir o sofá).Disseram só que o quarto não era do hotel e o hotel não se responsabilizava por absolutamente nada.Disseram pra ligar pro dono (isto já era mais de 11h da noite),mas se negaram a dizer o telefone do dono.Como eu iria adivinhar o telefone se eu nem sabia quem era e nem sabia que o quarto tinha um dono?Na reserva do hoteis.com não dizia sobre isso.Dizia que eu estava alugando do hotel.Não tinha nome ou telefone de um dono.Meu pai, idoso e com problemas cardíacos ficou extremamente stressado e se sentindo mal com toda aquele desprezo e arrogancia do hotel.Ligamos para o hotéis.com para reclamar e então o site contactou o dono do apartamento.Este acabou sendo educado e tentou diminuir os problemas,conseguindo pelo menos 1 lençol pra cobrir.
