After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Primeiro que chegamos lá e ficamos sabendo que pet tinha que pagar 100 reais de diária, mas no site do Hotéis.com não nos informa nada sobre. Erro do site.. Sobre o hotel, muita coisa precisa melhorar. O cartão pra entrar no quarto mal funcionava, tinha que tentar muitas vezes para conseguir abrir (vários hóspedes passaram pelo mesmo), a porta do banheiro tava sem fechar (emperrava), o chuveiro era elétrico mas não pegava o quente, a descarga estava vazando, a gente que ajeitou lá. O boxe do banheiro travando, dava medo até de fechar e ele quebrar. Enfim, já me hospedei em outros hotéis da mesma rede Andrade, e nenhum foi tão ruim quanto esse.

O hotel é bem simples, não tem tomadas perto da cama, o que é ruim para carregar celular, travesseiros murchos, pedimos mais travesseiros e também cobertor já que o ar-condicionado ficava diretamente virado para a cama e não tinham, informaram que o hotel estava cheio e não tinham reservas para emprestar. A internet não é muito boa e a água da piscina turva. O elevador não estava funcionando no dia de ir embora. Ficamos de frente para a Av. Principal e o quarto bem barulhento.

Foi ume experiência boa, estava um pouco apreensiva por conta de vários comentários negativos, porém foi excelente, quarto sempre limpo, cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionando, chuveiro sem pressão porém com água quente e fria. Uns dos pontos negativos é que tem que pagar a diária do estacionamento, e a dificuldade pra entrar e sair com o carro, tem que ir na recepção pra que abram o portão!
