Hotel muito ruim, atendimento péssimo, funcionários despreparados, a estrutura do hotel é muito velha sem manutenção, o chuveiro não possuía água quente. Chegamos ao hotel por volta de 21 horas o hotel estava fechado e não possuia nenhum recepcionista, situação constrangedora.

Esse foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida! Assim que cheguei me assustei com as instalações. Os quartos são tão ruins, que chorei de tristeza e nervoso. O atendimento do hotel não existe!!! Limpeza, não existe!!! Os equipamentos de quarto como por exemplo, frigobar, estão tão velhos que ao utilizar vc receia em pegar um tétano. Os ventiladores conforme descrito na compra, seriam de teto, mas não é! São ventiladores pequenos de chão!!!! A cama e toda quebrada! Mas caso vc queira ir p um quarto com ar condicionado, vc paga uma diferença de R$ 95,00 A diária!!! Aí sim, vc terá uma estadia digna de um quarto de rodoviária. Ou seja, em hipótese alguma pense em ir p esse hotel.

Hotel para quem quer economizar
Chegamos a noite no hotel, o GPS não localiza o endereço correto e nos leva para o começo da rua do hotel, que é um bairro feio e um pouco assustador. Fomos fazer o check-in e não localizaram nossa reserva, mas acabaram nos colocando em um quarto da mesma categoria que reservei e resolvemos isso no dia seguinte. Os funcionários disseram que o hotel está passando por uma reforma, mas tem cara mesmo de estar abandonado, as instalações são muito velhas, a área da piscina é boa, o chuveiro não tem água quente e na primeira noite tinha uma perereca no quarto. É um pouco distante das principais praias de Fortaleza e precisa estar de carro, mas para quem quer apenas economizar e não pensa no conforto é uma boa pedida.
