Incrivel! Vc se hospeda num espaço com custo assessivel em otima localização . Limpeza excepcional! Recepcao do Vila Mayor muito dedicada. O quarto conta com o basico: cama (muito confortavel) tv (hdmi se fosse smart seria show), escrivaninha (no meu caso que estava em evento academico foi fundamental), frigobar, ar condicionado (fundamental para Fortaleza) e banheiro com chuveiro simples. O essencial. Localizado a poucos metros da feirinha na avenida Beira Mar, nao deixa nada a desejar para os hoteis da regiao. Cafe da manha muito bom: frutas, paes, frios, bolos, tapioca, ovos e etc. Atendentes muito atenciosos. Soh lamentei o atendimento dos garçons no Villa Mayor. Optei por jantar no último dia de hospedagem no Villa Mayor. Fiquei por quinze minutos no local e fui ignorada pelos garçons. Sai e jantei na cantina na Av. Abolição. A sensação eh que os garçons fazem distincao entre os hospedes da Villa Smart e o da Villa Mayor. Nao quero acreditar que a questao tenha sido racial: sou uma mulher negra. Sera que essa condição teve peso na decisao de não ser atendida naquele espaço? Fica a duvida...

Boa hospedagem - recomendo o hotel!
O quarto não era muito espaçoso e apresentava pouca iluminação principalmente na área da porta, além de faltar um espelho grande (só tinha o do banheiro), no quesito limpeza também deixou um pouco a desejar, encontramos uma baratinha no quarto e os rejuntes do banheiro estavam bem encardidos. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, café da manhã simples mas que nos atendeu bem, com destaque para a tapioca feita na hora e a localização que é ótima, bem próximo da feirinha, além do diferencial de podermos utilizar a estrutura do Villa Mayor.

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo a beira mar. Possui um quarto amplo e oferece cafe da manha. Nao tem estacionamento e estava passando por reforma em frente o que dificulta um pouco no estacionamento.

Hotel precisa melhorar
Café da manhã muito fraco, e a frente estava em obras, onde havia uma linha de nível praticamente invisível a noite atravessando o local de passagem, onde minha cunhada caiu e se feriu bastante. O pessoal do hotel teve descaso com a situação.

O hotel é bem localizado, vem próximo à Av. Beira Mar, o custo benefício é bom. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, o banheiro tem um chuveiro horrível e não são disponibilizados shampoo e condicionador, somente sabonetes. Toalhas de banho também são muito ruins. Para estadias rápidas compensa o valor.
