The hotel is located near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, safe area with plenty options of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean just the pool needed an extra attention.

"It was a robbery"
Like I said in the email I send a couple of days ago, it was a bad experience in the Villa Mayor. They charged me for an extra person and said the reservation was only for 3 people and 3 beds. This is not right because the email you send me stated that my room was for 4 people and 4 single beds and I showed them the paperwork, they didn't care.

Pela 2ª x me hospedei neste hotel e com certeza não será a ultima? Unicos senão , meu quarto era muitooooo pequeno , a ponto de se um estiver no banheiro outro nao consegue sequer passar na porta . Outro senao mais grave foi a limpeza da piscina . O hotel esta cheio no fds , mas a piscina nao teve limpeza pois retirei chumaços de cabelos. Avisei por 2 vezes , tanto para os atendentes da area da piscina quanto pra a portaria e ate minha saida hoje de manha a agua estava bem turva . Ducha banho estava boa, todos os nossos quartos tirando so uma noite problema de agua . Mas foi momentaneo . As toalhas estavam muito finas , fica a sugestao de melhorar o enxoval de vanho , pois os da piscina estao em melhores condicoes .

O atendimento foi ótimo mas a divulgação dos quartos precisa ser mais claro sobre o tamanho. As janelas nem sempre são adequadas. Eles foram gentis e me permitiram escolher o quarto mais adequado. Registrei que precisam ter alimentos sem lactose. Tudo tem leite até o ovo mexido do café da manhã.

A estadia foi boa. A equipe muito educada, o café da manhã ótimo. Mas duas coisas deixaram a desejar: o chuveiro do nosso quarto era péssimo e o quarto ficava ao lado de um portão de garagem muito barulhento.
