We’ve stayed at this hotel five times over the past year — and every time it feels like coming to visit old friends ❤️ The staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming that you truly feel at home, not in a hotel. Breakfasts are unforgettable — delicious, cozy, and with a stunning view 😍 Everything is close by: beaches, shops, and lovely walking spots. It’s very convenient that there’s parking right in the courtyard and free bicycles for guests. The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, and all the little details that make your stay extra comfortable. A special thanks for the restaurant recommendations — since last year, those places have become our favorites, and we visit them every time we come back! Even small touches like a box with playing cards in the room show how thoughtful the hosts are — a perfect bonus for a rainy day ☔️ The hotel has closed for the autumn season, and we’re already looking forward to the next one — we’ll definitely be back as soon as the doors open again! 💛

This lovely hotel and it's friendly staff were more than we could have hoped for. The place was charming and clean with every detail in perfect order. I will recommend this to any traveler who wants a quiet place a short walk to the oceanside and town center. Amazing small hotel Super friendly staff Extra choice for breakfast ( parma and cheese) I have been staying at few hotels in Forte before this place is by far better decorated and spacious rooms ! The only small - is construction next to property and small parking

Peaceful retreat

This hotel is picturesque and charming. Quaint. Cozy. Feels as though you’re in a friend’s home. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is clean and warmly decorated. Our room had a small balcony with chairs, ample drawers and closet space and wonderful bath products. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and tasty. We walked to the beach and to town - we could have taken one of the bikes if we’d been a bit more adventureous!!!

Typical Forte de Marmi hotel.

The hotel is tired. The carpet in room dirty and stained. The staff very nice. The air condtioning in our room was very good for europe in august. More like a 3 star hotel.Good free parking

Convenient mid-level hotel

Great little hotel a few blocks from the beach and centre of town, both easily walkable. Room and bathroom were a bit small, which is the only issue I had. Otherwise, good service, clean and well located.

Not worth a visist

It is clear that Expedia has never visited the hotel. It is more like a B&B without the charming couple. The place is really OLD, the outside is not very visible (make sure that you program your GPS or waze) from the outside. The front desk is creepy, filled with frogs, and although it has a nice terrace and garden, the breakfast (if you can call it that) is served on the 3 floor in an ugly room. The room itself was OK, but not for the price. As I mentioned the breakfast is very small and poor, the only hot thing there is the toast, if you put it into the toaster yourself. The town of Fortei is very nice and charming. But if you want to go there, you can find better alternatives that offer a better price/quality ratio.
